went to CBA today to get US dollars. Enquired about bank fees they are 1.50 per transaction have it written on a bank print out. If you are A cba user then make sure you use the atms that have the similar insignia of the CBA here. Otherwise if using another bank the fees are 5.00 plus 2 % Hope that may help but just check with own bank if not a CBA banker.
