First of all, i'm an Ozzie been to Bali 7 times in the last 4 years, Singapore once, so may seem a bit biased.

Dont bother with litle India unless you are of Indian descent. Definately go to the Zoo, if time permits gp to Sentosa Island andsee the "History of Singapore exhibit" - well worth the time.Possibly fit in Jurong Bird Park..
Bali,,
Lembongan Island - worth it for a first timer, but once done it, wouldn't bother again.
Pearls - search this forum for contacts. My wife not into pearls so don't know prices or if worth it.
Eye Glasses - Get done in Optik Seis in Kuta or Discovery Plaza - cheaper than Singapore - take script from home (not necessary, but I like to check their test) allow 5 days - I have graduated glass lenses made with transition coating - cost about Rp 1 million plus frames.
Beer - Hardy's Grosir is in Sanur - Beer is available anywhere 7/11 etc.. Ciecle Kstores similar, Enjoy the Bintang...
Tours - Everyone raves about Bali Baik - If you can ride a bicycle..
