I don't know about Perth, but most flights from Bali to Aus leave late at night, meaning you arrive the next day. It's common for travel agents to mark itineraries with flight times as 3 hours + 24 hours to indicate that the flight arrives the day after you leave.
I'd say there's a good chance that this is what this means.
