A problem that has been around for quite a while.Frozen mangoes are on sale at markets but no good for your cause.Demand is not there.You must have thought of other uses.Geese eat them.Would stock eat them?Cattle,pigs,goats?I remember sheep eating orange peel from juice factories 30 odd years ago in southern Aus when feed was scarce.
Brahman cattle loved molasses 40 years back in Qld.
