Bali Motorbike licence

Hi,
I wish to ask if anyone can tell me about getting a indonesian motorbike licence, not just international one. I spoke to my friend there, and he said somthing about picking up somthing from the airport @ dempasar, then go to the police station to do some written and practical tests.
