If there is a loy of aircraft landing at the same time and your luggage is off early - YES.
If not many - No.
We have used it and I am not convinced if it is worth it as we waited ages for the luggage - however it got us thru the large ques (sp??) at immigration.
Wife swears by it as she hates that part of the trip..
Using it at Xmas - however only taking carry on..
