Unfortunately some of us are a bit fixed in our budgeting. If the cost of the package deal goes up, then the spending when on the ground has to go down to compensate.
Sure it's cheaper to holiday there than a lot of other places, but the reason some go to Bali in the first place is because they can't afford to go to the other places. Then it's the love of the place, combined with affordability that keeps us going back.
