I always use bestflightsdotcomdotau.
They will always give me the cheapest fares on all available airlines, (including taxes, at the time) however, the prices can fluctuate so it is usually a case of if you see something cheap, book it!!
If you are flying out of Perth, I have just done a quick search and can get flights during some of the months you mentioned as cheap as just over $500 including taxes.
