in prices in Bali for fuel, electricity, salaries etc effect costs across the board. Food prices are up, delivery prices are up. Hotel expenses have increased greatly which is being reflected now in the higher accommodation costs. Restaurant prices have increased too. It's not happening because it's busy, it's happening because these businesses need to make a profit or at least break even rather than take the loss many have been suffering over the past few years.
Months like November used to be quiet. This November Bali apepars to be almost booked out so no-one is going to be offering discounts for November 2009 until closer to the time.
