many times I am coming up for my 39 trip. Years ago I used to get Collera and Typhoid then I stopped. But when your sister that lives in Bali rings you and says "I have Typhoid, you better get your needles", I think that is a bit of a bell ringer. Each to their own but I know I would prefer a quick jab and know I am safe rather than being as sick as she was and the after affects.
