Hygiene/Bali belly

I'm leaving to Bali on monday and was going to take my protein shaker with me was just wondering if it would be a bit dodgy using it every day and just rinsing it with bottled water...would there be all festy bacteria startin to multiply in my shaker without washin it with hot water and soap and could it cause bali belly?
