Well I always go to the one in front of the Green Garden (its called Ka's Tatto and is at the back of the surf shop there).
As far as Im concerned Du Du and Gasang are two of the best tattoo artists to go to. Ive seen them draw freehand some really great tattos, I took a picture of a tiger in and he copied it perfectly.
