for a recent Thai holiday in 3 destinations for 4 of us. I found them to be the cheapest and in each of the hotels we were given prime spots. I checked the prices by booking direct with the hotels and none of them came close.
We have also earnt points that we can now use on future bookings and they amount to about US$100 and every little bit helps!
Their service was good and I booked on the chat line and they were helpful.
