for a holiday to Bali in July. When we got there the hotel was really not to the best of standards. When i contacted Agoda via net they said if we moved hotels we would lose all our money. So we had to stay where we were. Everytime they send me email for the months specials there is no mention of the "points" you supposedly collect - says i have nil. I might try another internet site next time or go thru travel agent.
