Apart from bad service I didn't even get my main course and had to share my husband's fish which had taken so long there was no way we were going to wait that length of time again for a meal for me. The fish we shared was no where near the approx weight mentioned on the menu and was dried out and tasteless. Bonsai won the award for the worst service and food of the trip. As I mentioned I recounted my experiences and perceptions but it doesn't sound like we'd just struck a bad day then.
