In many cases charities have websites set up free of charge and maitainedby a generous donor or foreign visitor, or website designer.
For instance Kupu Kupu foundations website was set up by a kind visitor to Bali who maintains it for them from o/s.
When I wanted to help a disabled man I found out he had passed away yet his information was still on the website. Why? Because the charity is dependent on the o/s visitor who owns the website to remove the information.
On the plus side, because they had a website I at least had the correct contact information for Kupu Kupu and was able to email the social worker for the person I wished to help.
