The first time I went I thought I would be okay and while I sat and waited for the others to come back from a walk put my glasses back on - sure enough one snuck up behind me and had them away! It cost me Rp5,000 for the guy that gave food to get them back. One of the nose clips was broken and I got both replaced in Nusa Dua for Rp20,000.
I have been a few times since and take more care now. Every time I have been I have been warned.
