We stayed there in May this year in a garden cottage and had a fantastic time. You're right, the location is just great, short walk to Poppies lanes 1 and 2 for great shopping and eating, (make sure you go the Bamboo Corner and Bali Agung restaurants!). Enjoy some happy hour (goes for 3 hours!)cocktails at the pool bar Benasari lane just to the north will take you through to Jl Legian. The hotel is lovely, grounds beautiful and the staff are very helpful. I'm sure you wont be disappointed, for a mid priced hotel we loved it. Have a fantastic holiday!
