Just spent 5 nights at the Nusa Lembongan Resort, which is just along the beach from Bali Hai. The resort was excellent, but if I went again I would stay at one of the other places where the food prices didn't have you thinking every time you ate. Some people we met recommended the Lembongan Villas which is around in the next bay.
The island is definately worth a few days, but five nights was a bit long for me. Hire a scooter and have a look around the island. Takes about 2 hrs with a stop for lunch etc, and no cop or traffic problems. The snorkling is good if you don't do much diving at home. They just take you out into the bay where every man and his dog goes. There probably is some really good diving there, but the truth is our diving in Oz is better, depending on where you live of course.
The other touristy things to do are a bit tame and are designed to pass the time only. Its nice and relaxing though. Have a good time.
