In the long run it could,or at least it should, make a difference to the price everyone pays for insurance if these places were not charging rip off exorbitant prices to the insurance companies.BMIC was started by,at least as a partner, by a guy called Neil fong who ended up being paid an exorbitant salary by the west australian government to run the hospital service and eventually he got kicked out of that job by the government.
