any politic could give an answer like that. You are quite correct.
However if you read the newpapers here everyday, it seems that nobody can make a good decision nowadays, or as per usual, they say we will do this and we will do that, but it NEVER happens.
Its just brushed under the carpet until something else comes along, and they want the attention taken away.. so they go and find what they can under the carpet again :)
