Some hotels/villas are already saying they are booked out. Get in as quick as you can if you are wanting a particular hotel. If going through travel agent and they say they can't book you yet as prices aren't available go elsewhere or book yourselves. As for flights get yourself registered with all available carriers so that you are emailed as soon as flight prices/sales etc. are released that way you will not miss out.
