Also over there in June this year and partner was in trouble for letting fireworks off on beach outside BGH. It was after 10pm, this was too late he was told as the noise was disrupting some dignataries staying at a resort further down the beach... I found it all quite amusing as I'm normally the one who 'finds' trouble!!
I'm not sure where he bought them or how much, somewhere down poppies, I think. The second lot he bought were literally fizzers...
Every night there were fire crackers going off somewhere on the beach...
