I have booked 2 superior apartments for 2 weeks in April next year. A recent poster alerted me to the fact that they have put their prices up but that they were willing to honour any previous bookings at the original price even though a deposit had not been sent. I have emailed them to confirm this in writing but they have not responded for some days. All of my previous correspondence was answered within 24 hours. Has anyone else had any problems along these lines? I'm starting to worry that they have just 'lost' my booking so they can free up the rooms for somebody else to pay more. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
