Just got back from staying at Ramada Bintang (up the road a bit from Dynasty) and for the last few trips have had interconnecting rooms. I book through our travel agent as there price is always cheaper and get them to request interconnecting rooms. Then about a month of so before we are due to go I email the hotel direct and tell them when we are arriving and what we require, ie interconnecting rooms, baby cot, ground floor room etc. Each time they have emailed me back to confirm this is all taken care of and even given us the room numbers that we will be staying in. This has always worked for us.
