Can't help you with Sanur but if you go to Tuban, probably 20 minute drive, cheap in a taxi. Green Garden Resort and Spa or Febris Hotel and Spa offer family friendly packages you would need to book and I believe if you google they both have websites so you could get their contact details. I have been to both and they are fantastic.
Agree Bali Brumby is the best as is the Bali Bike Baik Ride.
