you were obviously satisfied to pay $500.00. for your business class upgrade otherwise you would not have booked it.
And of course had you not questioned when you returned to Australia then you would not have known any better. A $100.00. lesson learnt here. Maybe next time it will benefit to book upgrade in Australia?
Or did you intend to book an upgrade in Bali to save money?
