Small new hotel still under construction.
Due to open mid October 2008.
Marketed as a small boutique/backpacker hotel.
Australian owned.

Hotel is located at the end of Gang Abdi in Legian.
This lane is opposite Melasti Beach Resort and is the same lane where Hidden Garden Villa is located.
Entrance to hotel has a small parking area suitable for motorbikes.
Lane is narrow & possibly just wide enough for one car.
Reception is on the left at the entrance & to the right will be a small raised dining platform/area.
Area is open & fan cooled.
Behind reception along the path are the Admin offices to the left & garden beds to the right.
The pool is located in front of this with a bale area in front of the pool.
This will eventually have a wide screen TV & some seating.
All rooms overlook the pool.
The 10 standard rooms are in a 2 storey block.
At the end of this are 2 double rooms.
On the opposite side of the pool is the Dormitory accommodation & shared bathroom.

Standard rooms will be furnished with bunk beds (Sleeps 2)

Rates will be around 200000rp per night.
Negotiable rate for longer stays.
Double Rooms
The 2 double rooms are located at the end of the standard block & are bigger in size than standard.
Large king bed, cupboards along the wall.
Bathrooms slightly bigger.
Air con, TV, Fridge

Rates will be around 350000rp per night
Negotiable rate for longer stays.
Dormitory
One long room housing 8 bunk beds side by side.
Sleeps 16.
Lockers located at either end of the room.
Communal bathroom & toilets are located outside & next door to the room.
No definite price yet but perhaps around 100000rp per night

Hotel has upstairs garden area to relax as well as around the pool.
Security boxes will be at reception.
Hotel will have a security guard.
