Mozaic is a must for any traveled diner. There are few enough restaurants in the world that have one the high honor of receiving Les Grandes Tables du Monde, let alone Asia. Why not take the opportunity to enjoy top quality ingredients and food on your holiday at lower prices than a casual restaurant in Sydney, London or New York? Terrific food, interesting wine pairings and a warm environment complete the whole experience. I would imagine that the restaurant has had numerous travelers looking to swap times and dates and cancel, which is why they require that you make a reservation with a payment. They are very serious about the dining experience and they have limited seatings, so it's imperative for staffing and food costs that they know their nightly counts!
