a family of 4, we will spend around three weeks in places like tirta gangga, munduk, nusa lembongan padang bai and amed. i don't like carrying heaps of cash, and am planning to take aud american express travellers cheques in $100 denominations for those places. we are unlikely to stay at places that take visa.
Am i right in thinking we will be able to exchange them there? are there any atms near any of these places?
we will use our cards at atms in sanur.
any better ideas?
