Just back from 2 wonderful weeks in Bali. We stayed at the Melasti Beach resort Legian for all this time apart from our 2 nights spent on Nusa Lembongan island.

I have never seen Bali so busy than it was this time around. All our favourite restaurants were enjoying busy evenings with most tables taken. We mainly ate around Legian and
Went to Billy's at least 3 times to eat. The kids love this place and the staff are a lot of
Fun and very attentive. Other places we ate at included

Bali Beach Shack nice reasonably priced
Ours Restaurant great food, reasonably priced with happy hour 5—8pm
Dolphin Nice food, good staff, but the place could do with a refurbishment
Wayan and Friends great French baguettes for lunch and yummy dinners
Bali Bagus yummy food, cheap and great staff
Sheppy's found this on our last night happy hour 5=7pm with 30,000rup cocktails that came in proper cocktail big glasses and not the small ones that you usually get at happy hour!

Warung 96 (Poppies 2) dinner for 2 adults, 2 kids, including drinks, $20 which included Mie goring, nasi goring, awesome chicken curry and rice and huge cheese and hame pizza for our youngest, bintangs and softdrinks. Bargain!!!!!!

Tootsies Sanur lunch for 4 people including beer, softdrinks 2 of the best cappuccinos I had in Bali, 1 club sandwich with fries, mie goring, nasi goring, and the hugest fish and chips ever and the total was
Around $30. the food and service was really good and we were sitting practically on the beach with the sand beneath our toes.

Zanzibar We sat up on the top verandah area and watched the sunset and had an enjoyable meal. The price was reasonable, but what I like most about this place is the size of the meals. They would have to serve the biggest servings I have seen in Bali. The desserts are to die for. Sorry can't remember the price as it was our first night out but it certainly was reasonable.
