urgent help 60 day visa

I am hoping someone can let me know how long it takes to process the 60 day visa. I am going to Bali Sunday 5th October and require the 60 day visa. I understand i have to post my passport to Canberra? If I express post this from Perth today is 2 weeks enough time for the consulate to process and send back?
