Puri Raja beach hotel/Mutiara

Does anyone have any opinions about both of these hotels? Looking for something in this price range. Would love something on the beach although we know this might not be possible in this price range. If anyone has any ideas for the Seminyak/Legian area. Smallish. Friendly staff. Clean. Pool.
