definitely would be shops in Denpasar so your wife could ask a doctor as most would know where these shops are and usually they gather in much the same locale making price comparisons easy. Normally I put out tenders for my work and they either come from companies in Jakarta or Surabaya but I have found that they also have suppliers in even districts where there is a market. I have also found that many are on the net but usually in Indonesian. One I have looked at to get an idea of prices is wwwDOTalatkesehatanDOTcom the other is ptmedtekDOTcom. Replace my DOT with a dot. There is no end to them and when you come across something that looks like what you need then ring them up and ask if local supplier in Denpasar. You definietly need to have a good look at medical goods before buying. You need to consider also if you need a folding wheel chair and also one with wide tyres...all terrain so to speak. Good luck.
