Have been booking international accommodation online for about 8 years, and flights online for about 6 years.
Online I get literally thousands more choices of hotels and can negotiate rates.
Flights I can organise a lot faster than when I've gone through a local agent.
Have found flights and accommodation cheaper organising it myself.
