ARC or Natasha Clinic - help 2 contact

Hi,

I have tried emailing ARC but they haven't replied. Am I better off trying to get an appointment once I'm in Bali (next week) - do I have to make an appointment or can I just walk in.

Also, does anyone have the address and contact details for the Natasha Clinic (sorry not sure of the correct name of the place).

Anyone out there in cyberspace - who has been to either of these clinic's recently.
