in all of 2 weeks at the hotel we only got pool lounges to relax on once, whenever we got to the pools they wre all taken, not by towels but by people, the place was so busy we had to share one between the 4 of us just to put our towels on! Sat in the pool on the ledgees waiting for a vacancy but after 11/2 an hour gave up. The day we managed to get one each it was overcast and windy hence the availability. The spa was nice but very cold and yes horrible little kids jumping in and out all the time. Up by the infinity pool topless women getting the sun much to the amusement of the people walking along the sea path.
Didn't do a jbr on this hotel because of flaming but would never go again. Hope it is better for you, but it was so busy when we were there service was at best non existent.
