just got back from Bali this morning, stayed at the Jayakarta for 10 days. We had 2 1 bedroom adjoining apartments. We've got 2 children, 5 & 18 mths, so this set-up was ideal for us. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms in total., We booked privately through puketoki.com - would definately stay here again, and would go the same room configuration. We were on the 5th floor, I was worried about the balcony situation to start with, but the rooms we had had fairly high bolt locks on the balcony doors, the 5 year old couldn't reach it. Also, you really had to pull hard on the doors to open, so the balcony didn't end up being a scary issue for us in the end!
