If your area in Tanah Lot is covered by ANY cellular phone operator, whether it is Indosat, Telkomsel, Fren, Smart, Axis etc., then your problem is definately solved.
You should only buy a 3G/3.5G cellular-phone and using it as a modem, connect it to the laptop or PC via USB cable or bluetooth and go.. browsing the cyberspace !
The affordable cellphones, below 1.5 million rupiah are: Sony Ericsson G502, LG ku-250. Motorola V3xx, among the other.
The affordable phone operator are Indosat which charges you 1rupiah/ Kb, or any unlimited package serving by Telkomsel or Indosat which is around 120.000 rup per month.
Note: If your area doesn't support 3G connection, don't worry, you still could use GPRS or EDGE connection which is again available at Tanah Lot and you get a speed around 256kb/sec. This is not bad in my opinion.
