Try "Troppo Zone" (Puri Rama). Pretty good 2 1/2 star, approx $20 per night including breakfast. It is opposite Poppies 2, right in the heart of Legian. It is pretty much where paddy's use to be. I have stayed there 4 times. Rooms are ok. Staff are really friendly.
