..yes, I have stayed at this place several times. It is run by an Australian woman, there is an excellent little restaurant open on all sides and right in the middle of the rice fields. The rooms are basic, and quite nice. Please do not expect any real luxurious conveniences (e.g. fridge in room, mini-bar, swmming pool) Tirtagangga is a lovely, very very quiet place. Go to Warung Rijasa and ask for Ketut Kuta. He is an excellent driver and guide. If he is not available, any of the fellows hanging there can take you on wonderful walks thru the hills. Warung Rijasa also serves eal Balinese food. Just try the Nasi campur one time. 15 minutes driving will get you to the Berina Rice fields, one of Bal's most spectacular locations! Or just walk up the road to the top of the hill and drink strong sweet Kopi Bali in the little local Warung perched on the edge of the cliff. Give it a try!!!!
