resort is fine but ask for a room at the beach end of the property - beach is pretty rough just stones although a short walk and i recall it being better - good snorkelling up the beach towards Padang Bai - resort has a restaurant I think but that's about it - to get to shops you need to go to Candidasa, 30 mins away - some tourist attractions nearby and with the new road Denpasar and Kuta are only 90 mins away - as for teenagers, it really depends on them
