The unit is tucked in tightly behind the kitchen area, and is the only unit that does not look out directly to the pool.
On the positive side, it is virtually as close to the pool as all ground floor units.
As far as I am aware, there are only two ground floor units in stage one available for rental.
One is the one bed, and the other a two plus two.
The remaining three ground floor units are either live in, or not allowed for rental by the owners.
The opening of stage 2 next month will bring additional units on line.
These are across 4 floors, and there is a lift to service these.
There is a mix of apartments, including one bedroom units around a long narrow lap pool.
I don't think there is a ground floor one bed in stage two, unless one of those owners decide to lock one bedroom as with apartment 1.
