Have u ever seen the ppl washing dishes in the restaurant?? There is probably a reason u dont see it. I know what its like, ive seen inside kitchens in Bali. and Australia too for that matter and we dont think twice about eating there.
I dont eat "dine in" at the cart. Just take away in the paper and use your own.
I dont know why people have such a problem with eating from the carts. All locals eat it and i think its insulting that we screw up our noses at there everyday life.
