I have found one machine which will give you Rp300.000.000 at a time. It is in Jl Kartika on the same side as the Kin Khao restaurant and about opposite the Bali Rani. There is a row of about 5 machines and it is the one nearest the airport. Depending on the withdrawal limit set by your bank you might get more than one withdrawal. I once got 7.5 million, but only once.
There is another at the Permata Bank in Rum Jungle road on your left as you approach Jl Legian, opposite the school's brick fence.
