my absolute favourite place that i go to every year is Salon Hana in Jl Benesari, if you go left into Jl Benesari (as you are heading up towards Legian Rd) then its about a five minute walk up on the left.
best massages we have ever had for about 45,000 for one hour, they also do the hair braiding and all the other bits and pieces.
its by no means upmarket although it is airconditioned.
