yes I am quite aware that Jetstar is budget and maybe you were lucky you had no problems. I also flew on 3 internal flights in Vietnam with Jetstar. Thanks for letting me know the world has changed - whatever that means........
The lack of communication of Jetstar with their customers (yes they are still customers) is virtually non existent. The flight was changed from Saigon direct to Sydney to Saigon to Darwin (International/clear Customs - then re check in) and then on to Sydney (Domestic). People where not informed, missed connections and the change added about 5 hours onto the journey. I repeat Jestar did not inform people of this rather important detail. Budget or no budget - that is slack.
