Good airline. Flight crew are 50% Aussie and 50% Indonesian. Food ok as airline food goes. Pay for drinks. No inflight entertainment but as flight only 3+ hours it isnt an issue. Buses take you from the plane to the terminal and you enter just near the VOA counter. They also try to take off and land on time. Hope this helps.
