In may this year my daughter got a tattoo done and after 2 weeks we removed it and she had another one done to go home with. Within a week her arm became hot, raised blistered skin around the outline and very itchy. The reaction on her arm also included the outline of the first tattoo that had been cleaned off a week earlier. After 3 doses of antibiotics the blistered dried up but has now left a very large scar. The appearance of her arm was like a third degree burn. She now has an allergy to all dyes, she will not be able to get her hair coloured or get anymore temporary tattoos.
