Balidream, Suriwathi have their rates advertised on their website www.suriwathi-group.com but superior rooms are 275,000rupiah per night & it's best to book direct with them in my opinion. It would cost approximately $542.00 for 15 nights & that is based on 7,600 rupiah per AUD $1.00.
I'm sorry I can't help with the bed or room numbers as we havn't stayed there yet, but we did have a look through the property in July & unfortunately missed out on accomodation for xmas. We were suprisingly impressed with what they had to offer, the only thing I could say on the downside is the poolbar is no longer in operation which is a shame but nothing that a bucket of ice loaded with cold bintangs can't fix :-)
